Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Khulkar Baatein With Anjali, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual guidance. Because our consultations involve dedicated time, personal preparation, and expertise, we operate under the following refund policy.

2. No-Refund Policy for Completed Sessions

Once a consultation session has taken place, no refund will be issued. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you are paying for Anjali's time, knowledge, and personal preparation — which cannot be returned.

3. Cancellations Before the Session

  • More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours before the session: 50% refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 12 hours before the session: No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at Anjali's discretion.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the original session time. Additional rescheduling requests will be assessed individually.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your booked session at the scheduled time and have not contacted us in advance, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

6. Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our side, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered. Technical issues on the client's side (poor internet, device problems, etc.) do not qualify for a refund.

7. Courses and Digital Products

Tarot Reading Courses and any digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or rescheduling, please contact us within 48 hours of the issue:

Please include your full name, booking date, and the reason for your request. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
